SANTA ANA HEIGHTS PROJECT ADVISORY COMMITTEE PAC Agenda Oct. 4th , 2005 6:30 PM YMCA 2300 University Dr. Newport Beach. 1: Chairman's Remarks: BV will give us an update on the Special PAC meeting regarding annexation that took place on Sept. 21 and introduce special guests tonight. 2: Approval of Sept. & Aug. minutes 3: Public Comments: We ask that the public keep their comments to 3 minutes or less in as courtesy to others as we have many speakers and agenda items to cover in a timely manner. If you have a comment on anything on the agenda, please wait until that item is being addressed. Public comments can only address PAC related issues or proposed projects. We ask that you do not comment on issues PAC has no jurisdiction over. A suggestion is to prepare your comments in writing to keep you focused and within the time frame. Staff & Committee Reports: 4) Supervisor Study Session Report – Barbara V ( 10 minutes) This report will give an overall progress report on projects and issues discussed with the County CEO’s office and the City on Sept. 19th . 5/ Kline Drive /20 minutes We will meet the County engineer, s who will discuss the new Plan D with us. 6/ Development Committee Report – Rick (3 minutes) 4/ Community Center- Rick (5 minutes) 7/ Upper Back Bay View Park - Dave Kiff (5 minutes) 8/ Equestrian report (10 minutes) This report will include the fact finding trip regarding the trails in the County as well as our arena project. 9/ New Business……an agenda item for PAC members to put new projects and issues out there and add them to the next agenda. |
