Each Guest will have a few minutes to say a few words about themselves as we get to know them and welcome them. 3. Public Comments: (3 minutes or less) Public comments can only address PAC related issues or proposed projects. We ask that you do not comment on issues PAC has no jurisdiction over. We suggest you prepare your comments in advance and in writing to keep you focused and within the allotted time.
