PAC Agenda Feb.7th, 2005 6:30-8:30PM Muth Interpretive Center 2301 University Drive 1: Chairman's Remarks: 2: Approval of Dec. 2005 minutes 3: Public Comments: Staff & Committee Reports: 4) Projects Overview Sub Committee Report – Barbara V (5 minutes) This report will give an overall progress report on projects and issues discussed with the County CEO’s office and the City during the past two months... 5/ Council woman Leslie Daigle- 5 minutes Leslie will give us a report on the Borders Committee meetings. 6/ Development Committee- Rick & Javier Soto (20 minutes) discuss the Irvine Ave widening as well as Bristol St. Sidewalk 7/ Interpretive Center Suggestions –Jayne Jones (10 minutes) Suggestions for alternative revenue generators at Muth Center VS parking fees 8/Community Center- Dave Kiff (15 minutes) update on where this project is as we enter the New Year. 9/ 5 Year Plan and Budget review (Greg Carroll & Tim Stoaks 20 minutes) 10/ Fire Station – Rick (5 minutes) 11/ Code Enforcement of the West Side –Cass. (5 minutes) The City of Newport Beach has now taken over the Code Enforcement of the West Side. How are they doing so far? 10/ Upper Back Bay View Park – Rick (5 minutes) 11 Equestrian report (5 minutes) Update on the arena and we’ll call for volunteers for the opening celebration 12/ New Business……an agenda item for PAC members & the public to put new projects and issues out there and add them to the next agenda. BV will also follow up in this section with last month’s requests and answers. |
